Ysette has over 17 years of experience in delivering tax compliance and consulting services to businesses of all sizes. Her primary practice areas include state and local tax compliance for private equity funds and fund of funds as well as federal, state and local tax compliance for “blockers” and closely-held corporations, corporate structure and choice of entity consulting, and audits. Over the years, Ysette has served clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including private equity, software development, construction, advertising, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. Before joining FTS, Ysette worked at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and Andersen Tax where she provided tax outsourcing services to large corporate clients as well as general tax compliance and consulting services to midsize closely-held companies. Ysette is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.
